I need to find a good accountant to perform due dilligence on a business that I'm looking into buying..The business is in Orlando, Florida.

Any ideas?

A broker recommended to me a guy by the name of Wayne Smalley.

Any thoughts ?

He did mine a few years back. He is a nice bloke, but st the time he didnt do this kind of work a lot and there were some things he didnt point out that maybe he should have as my first business didnt work out too well. However, I understand he now does a lot of this kind of work in association with a well known visa consultant so I am guessing he now has more experience. Anyone used him recently??
