Weelchair car hire

I have a lady who wants to book our home and take her husband who is wheelchair bound on holiday.

Can anybody tell me if they know of any car hire company in Florida that has car's able to take a wheelchair and person in one go.

She want's to fly to MCO and collect the car at the airport and make as less change's as possible.
