We really like eating here (it is on the 192). You get a great value Italian meal (although if you have wine the cost can mount up). Children are also well catered for and seem to like it as well.

The Olive Graden has to be one of our all-time favourites. It is a little more sedate, which we like after a busy day at the Parks.
(Having said that - last time we were there I think our Server was having a bit of an off day she was quite a bit too eager to give us the check or maybe she just wanted to get off early and party!)

As veggies we like the range of dishes we can eat, the children seem to like the ministrone soup, especially.

We would definately recommend it!

Don't know if it's the same one we used to go to, but that was towards the East side of the 192, I'll try and find more specfic location.

The Olive Garden is on the north side of the 192 between Poinciana Blvd and the 535.

Hope this helps.

p.s.. Sarah's comments about the bad server relate to the fact that we mentioned when arriving at our table that we would like reasonably quick service as it was getting a bit late for the children. The server took this to heart and spent the whole time hurrying us along and taking plates before everyone had finished <img src=icon_smile_sad.gif border=0 align=middle>. Nice meal, all the same!

As Golf Villas USA mentioned, when you arrive at your table the server will try and sell you a caraffe (spelling?) of wine with a free glass to try it out first. This can push the bill up quite a bit but the wine is usually Italian and very good.

They are the only restaurant we have been to in Kissimmee where you get fresh herbs with your meal and the whole place in general is a bit more 'up-market' and more relaxed than other places we have been.

If I was asked for my favourite restaurant in Kissimmee, this would definitely be it and the bonus is they are all over the USA so whereever you are you will not be far from one :).

We used the one on IDrive-way up towards Universal. Was very crowded-but very nice. Definitely one of our favourite places.

When we went to the one on IDrive-we found it closed-as they are building a new one-a bit further down
Well last night should have been the opening night-if it all went according to plan.
From the outside it looked very nice-all built in the round.

There is a new Olive Garden on I'Drive, which opened in June 2002 ( it stands on the site that used to be King Henry's Feast, next door to Race Rock )

My wife and I have eaten here on many occasions and found that not only were the staff very helpful / friendly, but the food is just about the best we have ever had in the 10 years that we have been travelling to Orlando.

The only problem you have is choosing what to eat from the excellant menu !!!!

They will also offer you a glass of wine as a "taster" and don't mind abit if you choose something else to drink.

The surroundings are very pleasent and its non-smoking !!!!

On the fine summer evenings there is large terrace area for you to sit and eat out.

Also if you order a main course then you get a very large salad and bread sticks included and the best part is they will keep bringing you refills for no extra charge - fantastic - the salad dressing is so good we now have it shipped over to the UK for our own BBQ's etc.

You will need to get there by 7.00 pm or there could be a wait of around 30 mins for your table as it does get busy.

10 out of 10 on all fronts.:D

There is also an Olive Garden at the Disney cross roads.

Some times server try to push you along so that they can get onto the next tip (sorry I mean diners), I think that this is one of the down sides to assumed tipping, the server feels that once you are sat the tip is in the bag therefore the sooner they can get you away the next potential tip can be sat at your table.

Do you think it beats Carabbas (near Splendid China) which is one of our favourites? We haven't been to Olive Garden - never noticed it?

I love them both equally and I also like Macaroni Grill which is also on the 192. Lovely bowl of pasta with sundried tomatoes, mushrooms in a creamy garlic sauce[:p]Yummy
