Have a look in Best Buys and those sort of places they sometimes have them at quite good prices, well less than the $50 they all seem to be, (in the bargain bins).
Or try Ebay.com
I got quite afew from there delivered to the MC

Also check out the preowned ones in ELectronics Boutique, thats where we ger alot of ours.[msnsmile]

Like Ray and Sarah we buy ours from EB. You can pick them up from as little as £3 each

They are great value, much better than paying full price and then finding out the boys don't like the game or complete it in a couple of hours.[msnsmile2]
Thanks everyone. I did go to EB and bought 4 for $28 to start the collection off. One has to start somewhere!

You would pay around $28-30 for one brand new one so 4 for $28 is good value. Most of the boxes to my second hand ones are in good condition and they guarantee the games will run.

We too bought pre-owned games from EB and have been very pleased with them. My neice's two boys thoroughly enjoyed them especially the car race ones as we have two handsets. Not one moan about them not being the latest!

Walmart had some clearance games on sale last week.
Pack of 3 games $10, the one near the 535/Osceola Pwak were selling the same 3 pack for $5
Each store seems to be selling games at different prices! Worth a rout around!

I suppose with PS3 out soon, there will be more second hand PS2's and games around.

Our youngest is saving like mad for one of the PS3's, he wants to buy one when they are released here in the UK.[msnsmile2]

The release date for the PS3 has now been put back to late 2006, 11th November worldwide at the moment.

Microsoft are in a great position now as they have 9 months to build on the early success of the X-box360 however so i am told the PS3 is a better machine.
