hi all,
very off topic but i had to tell someone! lol! [msnsmile]

today i had a mad rush to drive 120 miles, millie, my ocicat queen decided to start her 3rd call, she is 2 weeks early so we where not expecting it in the slightest! in the cat world you usually have to mate on their 3rd call or they can get problems with their wombs, so i took her to meet her boyfriend! she is staying on her own honeymoon for 3 days and then hopefully in 2 weeks she will start to show signs that she is pregnant! so 65 days from now i might have my first litter of kittens! i am very excited but it tore my heart out having to leave her there i think i shall have to buy my own stud for her to keep here, i cant bear for her to be away from home again!

im afraid i have to say millie went off call as soon as she got to her boyfriends house, she obviously didnt fancy that one! i think its got something to do with the cold where she was taken to, it was close to freezing overnight and i know i wouldnt like to do the job in near freezing conditions! i am going to collect her at 6 am and bring her home where it is warm! and taking her to somewhere different where they have heating in the cat house!
will keep you updated, its so kind of you all to want to hear my news, its nice. thankyou everyone.

Just viewed your website and photo gallery - they are lovely and I want one but husband says no.[msncry] We already have two rescue cats Milly and Tigger. They are just moggies - a tabby and a british blue but very much loved.

The only thing I miss about home when I go to Florida is the cats and they are the only reason I am happy to come home again[msnsmile]

her call usually lasts a week or so, but the next nearest stud is up in stafford which is a 4 hour drive for me! so she wont go on this call, thereis no set time in between calls either, you just get up and go at the first sign! so its all very rushed and gives you a big stress headache but the end result will be worth it! lol!
love kerry

ps husbands can be worked on... lol! my partner didnt want to breed them either but he soon changed his mind when he saw millie!

Hi Kerry,
Sorry it didn't work out for you this time, she is obviously a cat with taste!please keep us informed.
Your website is great ,the cats or should i say the girls and boys are really lovely,i would love one but with four moggy's of my own i don't think it would be a good idea.
