Has any one had a good deal for flights in August this year?
Also can any one remember if there were any late deals to be had last year.
I'm just checking for our friends who will be joining us in our villa this August.
Thanks

Linda,
Check the 'Flights' tab above. I think they have some deals going at the moment for direct flights in August.

Linda direct flights in August are going to be a bit pricy, if you keep checking, you may find something. but sometimes it is cheaper to go indirect

Also going mid week can be less expensive than going on the weekend.

Maybe look into going via a main hub airport in the US (New York etc). Then get a cheap internal flight. This is the best option in my view.

Thanks Guys,
Our friends can go indirect if need be. They are also completely flexible as to which day to travel. That's why I asked if any one got any deals last year. Would it be worth their while waiting?
We are going to be over in our villa for most of August so it doesn't matter when they join us.

Linda, there is a company who are starting up flights in June from Glasgow which work out in low £400's if that is any good to you.

Hi Paul,
Yes I have heard about them. I think they are called Globespan. I will have a look, thanks Paul.
