Apparently, according to Chris Waddle, ex football international, when he and Gazza were on a tour of New Zealand, Gazza came down late to breakfast at the teams hotel. "What can I get you?" the waitress asked.
"A full English breakfast," Gazza replied.
"I'm sorry," said the waitress, "but I'm afraid we've run out of bacon."
"What!" exclaimed Gazza, "forty million sheep and no bacon!"
...it's supposed to have happened.
