I don't know if it's any use to anyone, but I've just tentatively checked for my sister to fly to Florida for 1 week when we are there.

Manchester. 16th. to 23rd March this year. Virgin non stop to Orlando int. £299. Bargain! I was expecting something waaaay more than that.

Paul.

As soon as the kids holidays come along Virgin double their prices.
Great price if you can travel without kids or take them out of school.

Indeed. It's a great price. At easter it goes to £881 and in the summer it's £936!!

Sounds great, Paul.
We are booked for those weeks but might have to look at the week before. Thanks for the tip.

Sounds a great deal. My sister in law has just booked for August 2006 through Virgin and I think her chin is still on the floor. But heh their going in the Holiday season.

It is a great price Paul, we were quoted the same for 4th March flying Virgin, decided to use hubbys miles with BA this time though.[msnsmile]

Talking of miles R&S,

We're off to Barcelona in a few weeks and I thought I'd use BA miles, not got many, but had two european flights, and a flight to Orlando (club class return, WTP on the way, all for two people. Also, triple points for travelex cash.

It doesn't even get one of us to Barcelona and back.

I don't think I'm going to bother any more..[msnscared]

We're looking at beginning of March and qot the same price quoted but for an extra £50 each (£350 per person) we will be in a class that will earn us another 8600 odd Virgin miles so will probably do that as they add up quite quickly. (if you do 5 trips then the 6th is free apart from taxes) so we get a free flight every couple of years, which we always use when we are travelling peak times so they save us more than we pay extra.

Babblin Boo why don't you get yourself a Virgin credit card and earn your miles even faster?

Tried to upgrade coming back with my miles but the flight was full.

If I pay with my Virgin credit card to earn additional air miles would there be an additional credit card fee? I normally use switch.

Thanks
