Whats your New Years Resolution???
The first of mine is to lose some weight for my forthcoming wedding![msnembarrased]
The second is to cut down on the ole vino!!!
...and thirdly...to keep up with all my bookwork etc[msneek]
Loose weight and try and get out more with my family instead of sitting in front of tv after tea, also looking into doing a midwifery course or doula, something to do with babies and childbirth any way.

Losing weight seems to be a theme running on here, its my New Years resolution too.[msnsmile2]
For me its not just to lose weight and keep it off but to get fitter than I ever have before[sporty][sporty][sporty][sporty][sporty]
To run a 10k race this year - did 5k last year for Cancer Relief UK[clap][clap][clap]
To learn even more about good nutrition and cook even more too!!!!!

Thanks I havent done any running for the last 2 weeks so really need to get back into it[msnwink]
I feel more tired when I don't exercise than when I do!!![sporty][sporty][sporty]
I never keep mine!!!!!! I am rubbish at things like this!
I am pregnant and so can't diet but I am going to try to cut out all sweets and (most!) crisps as all I have done for the past 2 weeks is eat rubbish! Get back to the healthy eating I was doing before. As I found out with my first baby - you only give birth to the baby not the 3 stone you put on due to the cakes etc!!!! (they should stress that more!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) [msnwink]
Anyway that is about it - don't smoke and obviously am off the vino anyway so maybe this year I am not asking too much of myself! We shall wait and see..........................................[msnembarrased]

I'm with the rest of you, lost a stone and a half last year, want to loose 2 stone this year. Keep up with the gym membership and keep practicing yoga. Only been doing it about 6 weeks and my bad back is miles better!
Diane.

I have been toying with the idea of yoga, sounds like I should give it a try, might help my shoulder pain, due to being at a computer at work and home.[msneek][msnoo][msnsmile2]

Give it a go Sarah - I have tried all sorts for my back pain and was amazed how quickly Yoga had an affect, within 3 weeks I noticed a remarkable difference.
