As mentioned on the other area you posted us villa owners are only allowed to respond to enquiries via the above websites
Try clicking on the links above for
Orlando Villas
Florida Villas
Orlando Vacation Homes
You can then make a general enquiry which will be sent to all villa owners.
You will only get private fenced pools

owners not allowed to "advertise" like this, but no one said we cant[laugh][laugh][laugh] joking, so many gorgeous villas to choose from!! we stayed at Terra Verde gated resort, with play area for kids and "sandy beach" also a free form communal pool, slopes into an inch! hubby loves it!! climbing frame etc, games room inside clubhouse, a brilliant place, so good we're going back in sept again!! most villas have their own pools but do have a fencing along it and/or alarms on the doors and windows, so you know if someone is trying to get out!!!
Terra Verde is close to everything, its a wonderful place , but there are so many fantastic villas to choose from

Owners are not allowed to advertise directly but most owners recomend their own community, so I would do as the others suggest and check out the 3 sites as there are literally hundreds of vilas to choose from, yu can narrow it down by listing what you require.
It is always best to have a look at the 3 sites above and if you can't find something that takes your fancy on there you never will. There are some great villas.
I'm not so bothered about the villa itself - I know they will all be gorgeous. It's info on the community around - play area, pool, playground etc. Also need sandy beach.

Hi Bethaney
On the 3 sites there is a bit at the top of the home page called "Villa Communities". If you click onto this bit it lists all the communities for you and then you can just work your way through them and they will tell you what each community is comprised of.
Obviously we all think our own communities are the best but by looking on the descriptions of each community you can choose which you prefer and which suit your needs. You can then enquire on the properties you like on the relevant communities.
Hope this helps, [msnsmile]

Hi bethany[msnsmile]I'm not an owner, we've done the general enquiries through all three sites to find our villa rentals, and had wonderful success..
I'm curious about the sandy beach request though..are you looking for a sandy area for the kids to make sand castles, and the like? Just thought you should know that the playground areas in the communities may have sandbox type arrangements for the kids. Again, just include that on your GE list. All the owners are great about letting you know what is - or isn't available.
If you're looking for a sandy beach lounging arrangement - make sure your villa has sun loungers around the pool..or head for the WDW water parks..lots of lovely sand, and loungers too[msnsmile]
HTH!

The sandy beach request was just a sandy beach beach bit in the community. I was in Florida many years ago and was shown round a community (I can't remember the name of it) and I remember seeing a communal pool area with sand round it!!! The houses were condos. Thought that the sandy bit would be good for small kids.

sounds lovely!! as i told you before Terra verde has a little sandy beach area, and i would be interested to hear of others with one?
I'm sure Lake Berkley also has a beach area like Terra Verde.

Yes you're right Lynne, Lake Berkley does have a small beach area right next to the lake.
