Hi everyone and a merry christmas
My question is not about Orlando, we are thinking of going to las vegas in may 2006. I was wondering if all you experts out there could point me in the direction of any info or web site like this one that i can get as much help in planning that trip as i did from all you guys when i planned our orlando trip last december.
You were all such great help last time i hope you can help me again
thanks in advance
i apologise for asking about las vegas if i shouldnt have but i know someone can help
thanks again
sue
There is one but I will have to send it you when I get home as we are in Florida at the moment. We are going at easter 2006 and I was going to book direct with BMI as they fly direct from Man, but I got a quote from Charter Travel and they are loads cheaper for the same flight!!
we used info from www.vegas.com
Are you staying in one of the big hotels?
When we were there in November we rented a fantastic 2 bedroom apartment in a gated community just one mile back from the strip. Personally I have been spoiled by villa rentals and the thought of spending too much time in the same room as my kids.... [msnscared]
For us it worked great as we could visit all the casinos and hotels but still had all the comforts we are used to in our vacation home.

We loved Las Vegas, and are planning to go back in 2007, can't wait, even though I am a villa convert through and through I must admit we loved staying on the strip.[msnsmile2]

Our eldest daughter is going to Las Vagas in April(a life long dream)but that is more student accommodation hols, so all booked on a package I think?
Never really thought about the place to be honest, hope you enjoy :)
This will be our third trip, but first time with our son, we have thought about a villa but we are going to stay in different hotels on the strip!!!

OOohhhh I <span style="color:red">LOVE</span id="red"> Las Vegas almost as much as Florida [msnwink]
Las Vegas is great, but I could not spend more than 3/4 days there.
BMI fly direct from Manchester which is handy, otherwise fly into Los Angeles and do the drive across, we did and had a hoot.
I am with DOM, we went for 4 days in 1998 and that was just long enough.

How long did that take to drive from LA to Vegas Dom? That does sound interesting.
We are going to Florida on 11th January and then on to Las Vegas on 19th January for 5 nights. We went for just 3 nights last year but hubby was poorly so did not get to see as much as we would have liked. We loved Vegas though and are really looking forward to going again.

We did a two centre holiday and drove from Las Vegas to Los Angeles, it was a great experience. We preferred Las Vegas though, we were all a bit disappointed with Los Angeles.[msnsmile2]

We thought we'd try something different to Florida too, but not too different it still had to be in the US. Ray loves the US and would move there tomorrow if he could.[msnsmile2]
