Due to a investment opportunity we may have to raise a substantial capital sum in the New Year. We may have to sell our villa in order to raise some of the money required.

Although we have flirted with selling over the last few months we have not pressed the 'sell' button as at the end of the day we are very attached to our villa and we love Orlando.

Just for the record the investment opportunity is in fact in my family as we have just received some bad news about my brother who has been diagnosed with MS amongst other things, and with my mother suffering a minor stroke earlier this year we may have to help him in buying a suitable home.

Our Florida dream may have to go on hold as the family must come first.
