i see that marks have implemented a new weapon to cut down the amount of returns after christmas

they have introduced 'stocking fellas' to provide man-to-man advice and prevent embarrased men from randomly choosing inappropriate gifts

i just cannot imagine the type of bloke who would feel comfortable doing this job or perhaps its a fellas dream to hang around the lingerie touching up the merchandise:Dand what a dilemma if the fella asks to try them on[laugh][laugh][laugh]

What do you think Macka ?;)[laugh]

Now if I was to ask my husband for Lingerie as a present I know M&S (my faves) would be last on his list.....and I know where he would go.

Yes Paula

but would he know your size or would he just blush and say to the assistant "about your size"

i can just imagine the type of present our darling husbands would come home with once two men get together to choose it

its a good job its not a.summers[msnembarrased]

I personally would rather have something that needed to be changed than something which had been suggested/chosen for me by a complete stranger!!!!

Mizzy that is the first place I thought of, as for knowing my size I don't know myself half the time. I can go into Marks pick up 6 bras the same size and 2 will fit the others will be too big or too small.[msnmad]

Paula

i got dragged into a.s at the metro centre by my mates last christmas but made a rather quick exit when a very tall and loud male sales asst offered to demonstrate a "product" for me[msnembarrased]

one of my friends almost wet herself laughing[msneek]at my obvious embarrasment

Sorry Mizzy I had to laugh, I must admit I've never been to a party or gone in the shop but I can imagine what it's like. I think I would only go in there with my friends after a liquid lunch.

Paula the one in the Trafford Centre is actually quite tasteful but they do have an over 18 section at the rear of the shop with some very funny toys[msneek][msneek][msneek]

well Macka if you pay a visit to one sooner or later your gonna need the other

we have just had a new a.s shop open in our town centre next to thorntons and opposite ELC and i did raise a smirk when i saw two very old dears go in probably oblivious to the merchandise at the very back like julie says some very strange toys[msneek]

after my experience at the metro centre i'm staying well away - once bitten twice shy[msnscared]
i'd prefer thorntons anyday
