Hi my name is Jim and I live with my wife Gwen near York in the UK. We closed on a villa on Tuscan Ridge in March and are now working hard to market our property. I have just joined the forum and I look forward to particpating fully with you all and making new friends.

What sort of house have you bought? Any success with advertising?
