Hi
An urgent plea......we are on the verge of booking an indirect flight from Manchester to Orlando, but the schedule on the internet shows the plane stopping at JFK terminal 7 and the connection leaving from Terminal M at La Guardia....how does that work, and how far apart are these two!!!?
Any help gratefully received.

We've done this, admittedly about 15 years ago. It's not that far between the two airports and we just got a taxi from one to another with our luggage.
Still, a lot of extra hassle having to worry about finding a cab etc etc.
We looked at flights with this connection and I checked out the airport sites, JFK's is www.panynj.gov/aviation/jfkframe.HTM. The first drop down menu is getting to and from JFK, and you can choose connecting to other airports from it. It does seem quite straight forward. Hope this helps and isn't too late.

The airports are quite close and I have found a shuttle bus service on the past, other
than that a taxi will take you

The thought of 7 of us (including 3 kids) 16 days worth of luggage, a taxi - or 2 - in a strange city and another plane to catch..........then the same on the way back, doesn't fill me with confidence. I think for an extra £100 each we'll get a direct flight, and relax!!
