I'd agree - Villa de Flora is one of the very best restaurants we've been to in Orlando - I could not recommend it highly enough.

We've eaten at all 3 restaurants - Villa de Flora, Hickory steakhouse and Sunset Sam's. All great meals, but like CDV my favourite is Villa de Flora. Best to make a reservation.

I've been to Sunset Sams and thoroughly enjoyed it. Looking forward to trying Villa de Flora next visit as it certainly looked lovely and loads of people here rave about it.

What kind of food is served at villa de flora, we are over in Jan for Hubbys 40th and want to go somewhere special, only adults trip no children this time.

You name it - they probably have it. It's an up-market buffet style and they usually have themes to the evening e.g. greek. There is something for everyone and the desserts are to die for (if you manage to have enough room for them after the main course).

Went to the Villa de Flora for the Sunday Brunch in October. Marvellous. I would say that
by comparison with the Renaissance the Gaylord has the edge on wow factor for surroundings, but
felt that the Renaissance had more choice of dishes and presentation. (Like the ice sculptures
- oh yes , and the chocolate fountain)

Don't get me wrong - the Gaylord certainly has style and the Brunch was very enjoyable.

We are going to Villa de Flora for Xmas dinner. The best place for a large party. As we are going to eat quite late there should not be too many small ones arround[:I]
I have nothing against small ones, but occasionally it is nice to be without them[msnwink] as my youngest is 28.

Ate at Villa de Flora last night and was very impressed. Don't be put off by the $7 parking charge - you get your ticket stamped when you pay the food bill.

They were advertising Xmas Brunch for $37 - brilliant value by UK Xmas day standards, wish were were still here then but guests in the villa and unfortunately work will not let more time off!

I will be back on our next visit, we ate so much we have not eaten yet today and it's 6:40 pm!

Went to Villa De Flores for Xmas Dinner. What a great time we had. A good choice of food, loved the chocolate fountain, and I dont eat chocolate:)
It was not too busy, which surprised me. But thinking about it, we did have a late table, 8:30pm.
The decorations were superb.

This looks a fabulous place! We pass it almost every day when we are over at the villa but will definitely put it on our list of "new places to try" for next time.
