I have just joined this pm but have been reading at the forums for the past 1-2months. as other people say i am starting to get addicted to this site, information is excellent. i`m heading off to orlando on sat 21/6 for 3/52 hoping to purchase house either new or resale in hamptons lakes area, any tips, hints or suggestions would be most welcome although i feel that i am going into this with my eyes open after reading the excellent posts on this forum.
