Phil I have a villa there and love it. It is nice and peaceful, but so near everything. It's just off the I4, the main highway. Championsgate - a new golf and retail complex (with a Publix supermarket in it) is only 2 minutes away - just at the exit off the I4.
Straight up the I4 to Disney - about 10 minutes, Universal, Sea World,I Drive etc.
It has a mixture of permanent and STR homes.
