Please can anyone tell me the zipcode for a villa in crescent lakes. I need to see where its located

I have a villa in Liberty Village which is about five miles from Crescent lakes on the same road which is called Poinciana Boulevard and my ZIP code is FL34746.
Can't imagine Crescent lakes would be much different.
