Regretably we are now having to sell our home in Florida.
I went across to Florida to complete on the house in July and I was gob smacked about the beauty of the house and the surrounding area,

The house is located at Crescent Lakes on Poinciana Boulevard, with a lake at the rear of the house, the house has seven bedroom and four bathrooms, the house has no pool and is unfurnished except for carpets , kitchen appliances and the traditional washer/dryer.

Yes I have tried everything, even trying to rent without the pool whist saving the necessary money for the pool and furnishings, but I guess the house is to large for more than one familly with children to consider.
Unfortunatley circumstances only a month before completing on the house went against us and then two weeks after buying the house I lost my job.
We were always in it for the long term, Just making a quick buck does not interest me, we enjoy the whole Florida experience and we wanted a bit of it for ourselves,
Despite some difficult times over the past 18 months, I think the future looks good for Villa owners in Florida.
Maybe a miracle will happen for us at the eleventh hour.

Thanks for your support, I have since September found another job, but we still need an answer on the house, I never thought I could get so attached to a house, but I guess for myself and so many other people its like a dream come true.
