Hi
Dos anyone know if Uk and/or Irish passports are now being printed with digital photos as reuired since 26th October for Visa Waiver entry
Passport office in Dublin won't give me a straight answer

UK passports are certainly have digital photos now. The photo that you submit is scanned and then printed onto the passport. This has been the case for a couple of years now. Sorry I don't know about Irish passports.

Yes they are now scanned onto the passport and if you thought you looked bad on your old passport photo's just wait until you see the new ones, they make you look like something from out of space (or is that just me).

Yeah, they do look a bit pasty looking now.

Pale and ghost like. I have a pink top, blonde hair and a pale background.....spooky looking!
