Hi Nikki,

It will be one of the following.........

G-VLIP Hotlips (Nova)
G-VROM Barberella (Nova)
G-VROY Pretty Woman (Nova)
G-VROS English Rose (Nova)
G-VGAL Jersey Girl (Nova)

G-VAST Ladybird (Odyssey)
G-VTOP Virginia Plain (Odyssey)

I don't have any contacts at Gatwick these days so sorry I can't be more specific, only G-VAST and G-VTOP have games[msnwink]

Have a great flight![msnwink]

According to the tech spec only aircraft (on the Orlando route) fitted with Odyssey system have games, those with Nova don't.............

NOVA
During the summer of 2001 Virgin took delivery of five 747-400 aircraft, these were fitted with an Inflight Entertainment system new to Virgin Atlantic supplied by Thales. The new product, called 'Nova' has 8 channels of seat back entertainment consisting of:
Movie channels
2 kids channels (featuring a combination of movies and tv programming)
1 TV channel which works on a cycle basis showing a selection of current TV programming
14 audio channels ranging from soul to Classical music
Moving Skymap display which plots the aircraft's flight path
Bulkhead Telephone
The Nova system is on a selection of LGW 747-400. As these aircraft have Suite fit-outs, they get "Super Nova" (an enhanced version of Nova, but it still ain't V:Port).
Registration Aircraft Name
G-VGAL 747-443 Jersey Girl
G-VLIP 747-443 Hot Lips
G-VROM 747-443 Barbarella
G-VROS 747-443 English Rose
G-VROY 747-443 Pretty Woman

Odyssey is also a popular system, fitted on aircraft delivered between 1997 & 2002. It offers 10 movie channels, 8 TV channels, 2 kids channels, 14 audio channels and 35 Nintendo games.
Registration Aircraft Name
G-VAST Ladybird
G-VTOP Virginia Plain

Thanks Julie.

I never take a note of what plane we fly on each year but we have had games the past 2 years.

Flew out and back on Virginia Plain which had games.
Had one last year that had Nintendo games but these on VP were very basic (pong, tetris, etc).

It may be worth picking up a Gameboy Advance if you want games. They're pretty cheap especially if you use Ebay (for games too).
