If you believe the weather men we here in the UK are in for the worst winter on record. I see that it was the warmest October day on record today with temps of 21c. Went for a walk with the kids and it was like a summers day.

I live in the house in the snow pictures.......the other pictures were taken on one of the Islands.....
Talking of Brighton, I took the children there today, and they had great fun running away from the waves. The sun was shining all day, and apart from the wind it was lovely and warm, there were even some children swimming in the sea, strange weather we're having[msncool]

Lasr Christmas was lovely. We did have snow, although nothing at all like the snow on Chrizzy's photos. There was just enough for the kids to have fun in and it was a perfect end to Christmas Day.

When it snows here......it does look nice......and it takes a while to go all dark and nasty......it took 3 of us a day to dig down to the road........and 4 days to get the cars out.......I was very happy with the power company........because they checked all the lines before the storm............and even in the 70 mile an hour winds........we had power.........we had to take off a screen on the screendoor to dig ourselves out......we had 6ft snow drifts all around the house..........
So far we have had a little snow every Christmas day.......we go to the beach if its not that cold.....for an after dinner walk......

I don't mind snow as long as I don't have to go out in it. Love to look at it through the window but thats as far as it goes.[msnsmile2]
