I am looking for resales of rental zoned villas. I am struggling to filter the properties properly on realtor.com and keep getting 1,000's of non-rental properties in the results. Any advice on how to search properly would be gratefuly received including maybe the zip-codes I should be searching under.

I dont know how to get up only rental zoned properties. Zip codes you can try are 34747 and 33897. There are loads of others but I'll let the other owners tell you what they are! If you print off the communities list from orlandovillas.com that may help to determine where is zoned for STR. Osceola county is the most leniant for allowing zoning.
Search on specific zips as Chris suggests, On 34747, you will only get rental estates and Celebration ( which isnt) coming up. Likewise 33837 and 33897 are mainly rental zips. With some others, you will get a mix. Get to know the names of the rental estates so you can identify which is which. And be careful, as realtor isnt always up to date. Some of the houses listed on there will have sold.
