Hi,

I'd like some advice on choosing a community. I'm looking for a newish community but without any building work going on. I've stayed on Calabay Parc, so I know that area pretty well.

Any suggestions.

Highrove Resort is a new community all building work completed
Located on the junction of the Highway 27/192
There are many more new communities
Glen Brook
Orange tree
Sandy Ridge
Windwood Bay
Plus many more not sure if all building work complete on these communities

Hi Smithy

if you send an enquiry via all three sites attached to the forum, and state your requests in the "other details" box, then owners who fit your requirements will mail you back with lots of info on their specific community.

Here are the links to each site

www.orlandovillas.com
www.villasflorida.com
www.onlinefloridavillas.com

There are lots of newer communities, but don't restrict yourself just to those. There are many lovely communitites in the Orlando area, it's worth taking the time to have a good look round. Remember the home you choose will be far more important to the success and enjoyment of your vacation than the community.

Enjoy looking through all the wonderful homes on the sites above, you can always come back and ask questions about specific communites or facilities [msnsmile2]

There are many new communities springing up and lots of established ones also, the right villa will be out there for you somewhere, enjoy the hunt.

Hi Smithy,

There are many many new communities all around HWY 27, some with all building work finished but some with building work ongoing.

Like advised, put out a general enquiry through our 3 sites, I'm sure you'll then find exactly what you're looking for, if not, more!!!!

Hi Smithy,
Try looking on the Sandy Ridge community, there are lots of lovely communities out there but I just love Sandy Ridge and its location, its just by Reunion and Champions Gate at exit 58 off Interstate 4. Dave

Hi Smithy, welcome to the forum.
You could ask on here for rccomendations on a good realtor, they should be able to get a shortlist ready for you. There are a couple for sale on our community of Town Center, and there are lots finished of communities in that area (junction of Old Lake wilson Road and the 54)

Hi Smithy,
Are you looking to rent for a vacation or to buy?

We are on the West Haven development just off exit 58 of the I-4 near to Champions Gate. There are several communities within this development most of which have been completed for some time. Each sub-division is separately gated and I believe there are still a few properties left for sale on The Manor.
Our sub-division, The Abbey are all privately owned luxury pool homes which have been completed for approx.2 years but the developers have begun work across the Wetland to provide communal facilities for ourselves and our guests. These will include tennis courts, a club house, hotel, parade of shops, and a communal pool. A good investment for the future!

Thanks for all the responses. Guess I should have explained that this is for a holiday and not to buy (I wish)...

I did as suggested and sent out a gen enquiry. Now have a fair few emails to look through.

Thanks.
