hi folks,
want to relocate to the sunshine next year 2006, has anybody bought a business for under 100,000 and got a visa we have found a business that looks good and is similiar to what i do in the uk but its only 89,000 and i dont know if it employs any american dose anybody know if this will work has anyone got advice[msntongue]

It would be more difficult to get a visa for a low priced business without employees but is not impossible if you put in a good business plan to build it up. What is the owner benefit as they tend to look at that, they want to see it is enough to keep a family on. Low priced businesses often have low or marginal owner benefits.

If you have an existing business in the UK is there anyway you can use that to get an L visa which can allow you to get a green card further down the line, something that buying a business doesnt always allow.
