i started a post on here last week called 'Charter Travel' it was enquiring about when i would receive my e-tickets but now it has vanished - what happened???

People started to add a lot of un-substantiated comments about Charter Travel so we pulled the thread I'm afraid. We're not prepared to run the risk of being sued for comments made by people on companies or individuals on here.

ok - no problem - had no trouble with Charter myself - had one minor hiccup but they sorted it straight away - just unfortunate that some threads get pulled cos of other people.

I know - people do not realise the very real threat of legal action against us as site owners if certain comments are made about companies. We'd much rather leave threads on too but when serious comments are made we do not have an option :(.

Surely you can not be liable for the opinion of a forum user, providing you have adequately disclaimed, which I believe you have.
