The best way to find out about available villas is to go to either www.orlandovillas.com or www.vacation-rental-villas.com (or both) and put out an enquiry. You can do a 'General Enquiry' if you do not want to look through all the villas or you can browse the villas and put out an enquiry to all 3 or 4 bed villas aswell.
Owners are not allowed to offer their villas for rental on these forums but putting out an enquiry will get you lots of offers of villas.
