I'm an estate agent and the best website to use is Nethouseprices.co.uk it gives you the up to date prices of properties that have actually sold and completed over the last 5 years. The land registry dept issue the information to this website. There is no need to register just put in your postcode and go from there.

One that I have tried is www.nethouseprices.com but remember to tick the check box for Scotland.
