I am a little bit confused about the new ruling regarding MRP and Biometric Passports.
I don't intend travelling to Florida again until December 2006 which is obviously after the delayed deadline date of 26th October 2006.
I have a machine readable passport issued in 1998 therefore expiring in 2008, my wife has a machine readable passport issued in 2003 therefore expiring in 2013 and my daughter has a machine readable passport issued in 2003 and therefore expiring in 2008.
As we all have machine readable, but NOT biometric, passports will we have to apply for Visa's to travel in December 2006 or will the visa waiver still apply seeing as all of our passports were issued prior to October 2005?
