Hi Guys

Unfortunately, we are puting our villa on the MLS this week!!![msncry][msncry]
Our circumstances have changed and we need to release all the funds we have, to allow us invest in a business opportunity. We hope that we are making the right decision...[msnscared] but hey! You only get one chance, so we have to try..[msnscared]

Anyway, we are placing it on the market for $299,900 USD.
5 Bedroom (2 master ensuites)
3 Full bathrooms
Pool and furnished lanai
Disney themed bedroom
Brand new Cot/Highchair/Stroller
Playstation 2 with games/movie
All new bedding/linen/ towels/shower screens (March 2005)
Cable TV' in both masters

We are including our professionally designed website in the price of the sale, we will simply transfer ownership to the new villa owner. Hosting fee paid for this year and valid until August 2006.

One last thing, we have a fabulous MC who we would highly recommend, they actually own a property just round the corner from our home, so it is perfect.

If anyone is interested, or would like more information, please let me know.

Thanks everybody!!![grouphug][grouphug]

That sounds very cheap for a 5 bedroomed villa! We've just sold our 5 bedroom villa on Highlands Reserve for $500,000 - are you sure your realtor has priced it realistically?

Good luck with the sale.

Champagne, the realtor is a close friend of our and has priced it according to appraisals in the area and also taking into account the fact that we are kean to sell to allow us to get things moving...There are quite a few houses in the same area (not as nicely decorated as ours!!![msnwink]) on the MLS for quite a considerably amount more, however we are not greedy and will make a small profit from when we bought it, so rather than having it on the market for months, we would rather cut our losses and start our new venture.:D

Mark, have sent you a DM.

That makes my 6 bedroom villa on the Golf course at Highlands Reserve look very good value at $499,950:)
