We have a group of 15 visiting orlando next May and would appreciate
some advice on which location would best sort our needs[?]
We will be visiting the theme parks during the day but would like to be reasonably close to restaurants/bars[:p] in the evening, please advise.

Many of the communities are remote enough but also just minutes away from restaurants and shopping. Indian Point, Eagle Point and Crescent Lakes are ideal in that they are only a couple minutes from 192 yet 10 to 15 minutes from Disney. The communities link at the bottom of the home page might be helpful to you!

Most of the commmunities are very near to restaurants for somewhere to go at night (see OV's community map). I know around our side of the 192 (west), there are quite a number of developments which are less than 1 mile. All villas/developments are only about 5 - 25 mins away from Disney.

I think you'll find that all the communities on Orlando Villas are within 5 - 20 minutes from Disney and all will have an excellent selection of shops and resaurants within 5 - 10 minutes - some will even be within walking distance!

I personally would recommend Crescent Lakes (But then I'm biased because that's where I've bought my rental home)
Bars / Restaurants - 10 minutes away up on the 192
Disney/Universal - 15 minutes extremely straightforward drive.
I would recommend Windsor Palms, Indian Creek, Rolling Hills, Indian Ridge/Oaks - only $5.00 in a taxi to TGI's (good happy hours) and others if you want to leave the car at the villa after a hard day at the parks, which are under 10 minutes away if you know the locals shortcuts.
If you haven't already done so why don't you put out a general enquiry highlighting all your requirements then you can really see what's available.

All the homes up and down 192 are very close to Disney and resturaunts and shopping. My advise is to submit a general inquiry on OV and see what kind of results you will receive. Visit the link on OV for maps and property locations.
