We have reluctantly decided to sell our lovely holiday home as we may be emigrating shortly.

The house is on Hampton Lakes, 5 beds (2 ensuite) 3 bath, Pool deck backing onto Open land.

Games room being added end of September.

Price $360,000.

Having just sold our 5 bedroomed villa at Highlands Reserve for $500,000 - are you sure you haven't priced yours too cheap?

I think that we are asking a very good price for our villa,

We are emigrating shortly and would like our villa sold before we go. Having said that, this is not a bargaining point for buyers as we do not have to sell before we go [msnsmile2]

The longer we have it, the more holidays I can squeeze out of it[msnwink]

How long did it take you to sell your villa?

Congratulations on your sale:) I think you will find that Highlands is more expensive than some other communities. We have our 6 bedroom priced at $499,950 so you got a good price for yours:)

Yours is an absolutely beautiful home in one of the nicest communities Ruth. Wish we could afford it we would have uhaul in a flash. Bet you have a sale pending.

Our villa was sold on the second day it had a realtor's 'Open House' to 2 British families who plan to spend six months of the year there between them and only rent out to their own friends/families.

We'd tried selling privately and been let down previously so although we originally thought that 6% for a realtor was expensive, we got the price we wanted for our house so have recouped the cost.
