I resized a photo as detailed in above thread but when I tried to add it , there is an error page comes up.

i think depending on the size of photo you are trying to upload you receive different error messages
just tried one that was obviously too big and received
THE PAGE CANNOT BE DISPLAYED
so reduced it by half and received
THE FILE CANNOT BE UPLOADED

THE MAXIMUM ALLOWED FILE SIZE IS 97.66 KB
so my suggestion is reduce the picture once or twice more :)
