help with addiction

Can youhelp with my addiction to the forum as I'm not getrting any work done[|)]
If I subscribe to a topic I get refered to the page by the link.

I assume i CAn go to the current page say 4, but what does go to first unread mean and how can I speed looking at replies [msneek]

Hi Ian,

"First unread" does what it "says on the tin" - click on it to bypass all the responses on the thread that you have previously "read" to go straight to the "first unread".

Still leaves plenty to read tho'......[msnsmile]

Take for example a topic with 4 pages, I have previously 'read' all the pages.
When I click go to first unread it just goes to bottom of page 1. I would have thought it would go to the bottom of page 4?

Sometimes (say 1 in 10) it doesn't work, but mostly I have found it does.

Can't explain why you are having the issue - wil have to bow to the more techy-minded to hopefully explain.
