Our gorgeous 5/3 house on Manors North at Westridge is for sale £349,950

Wonderful rental record and was fully booked this year but now have 2 cancellations to fill
2006 28 weeks (all at £550 and above)
2007 6 weeks
and some unconfirmed weeks

Westridge is an upmarket gated community with facilities and we have a south facing pool. It is in superb condition and perfect for a buyer who wants a stress free start to their ownership

Good management team in place who are happy to continue managing (the most important aspect of your ownership)

That is exactly the reason why I wanted to sell before we go out in December Heather. I said goodbye to our home in August and it will be really hard if we go back and stay in it again[msnscared]
