UK Builder -Help needed.

My daughter is about to part with £215,000 of hard earned cash for a brand new 4 bed Belway home-The Belsay model.

Has anyone any feedback on these builders? If it's awkward putting it on an open forum-don't want anyone to get into trouble please dm me.

If they are not very good-can anyone offer any advice on good builders?
