Villa in Lake Berkeley?

I am looking for a 3 bedroomed villa in Lake Berkeley and can't seem to find any! Are they are larger villas in that community??

There are certainly 3 bedroom townhomes at Lake Berkley. As far as I am aware there are 3 bed pool homes also. (Perhaps ctgirlscout can shed some light on this?) Have you tried a search on this group of sites specifying Lake Berkley as a location and 3 bed for accommodation ?

I hope you manage to find one.Lake Berkley is a great place(and so near to Walmart!) [msnwink]

Hi Maureen

Have stayed at Lake Berkley, I don't think there are any Villas smaller than 4 beds. But you may find the town house are 3 bed.
Lovely gated community with a couple of tennis courts on site plus a community gym and swmming pool.

This is what the townhomes look like. Middle ones are 3bed / 2 bath and end ones are 4 bed/ 3.5 bath.

Having checked , I am sure that there are 3 bed pool homes also , but possibly no owners on the OV group sites. Same could apply to townhomes.

I don't believe there are 3 bed pool homes. They start at 4 beds. As you pointed out, there are many lovely townhomes that are three beds, and they can use the community pool.

If you really want a villa (pool home) rather than a townhome, why not consider a 4 bed? It will give you a little extra room to spread out.
