After slowly thinking about selling our 6 bed home since last year we have finally made the decision to put it on the market. We haven't instructed a Realtor yet, although we know who we are going to use. It has been a long hard decision to make, but we always use our 5 bed when we go out and only having one villa should make life easier with less bookings and paperwork to take care of.
Our villa is a 6 bed 4.5 bath with pool and spa, (the .5 bath is the cabana bath I guess!) 3 masters, 2 twins and a kids triple bunk. Garage converted to games room
