We closed on our villa at Tuscan Ridge yesterday.
As we sold to residents we had to move all our bookings and I would like to say a big thank you to all who assisted.
Over our 15 months of ownership I don't think there have been many days that I have not paid the forum a visit. Thank you to all those that post and to John & Roger for providing such a valuable service to all villa owners.
We wish you all a really successful time ahead as I know you all deserve it.
Pleased to hear it has all gone through Anne .

A lot of the Resales are going to residents...which is nice....
I'll miss you and Rick a lot.....but you know our door is always open to you both if you want a place to stay.......
