Clear Water off Highway 27

I have a friend who has spotted a villa on this community, does anyone know much about it ? if so could you let me know your thoughts.

Haven't heard of Clear Water as a development, there is a Clear Creek.[msnsmile2]

On HW 27 one mile north of US192 there are Clear Creek and Silver Creek communities! I would say its one of them, there are lots of home on here from both communities
