I would go along with a lot of the advice from the query you have posted in the other section. None of the communities are really that far from Disney. They are all lovely and with a wonderful selection of villas - although a lot will probably be booked by now. As already suggested make a list of what you would like to find and then have a look at the communities page on this site it has information on all of them. You never know you might look at one on your list and despite it not having something on your list has something you have not thought of that you cannot do without!

Why not put out a general query to http://www.orlandovillas.com http://www.villasflorida.com and http://www.onlinefloridavillas.com find out who still has availability and list your preferences? Owners are more than happy to answer any questions you might have.

It might be worth asking the moderators to move this one as it will get confusing with 2 sets of answers.

All villa owners love their particular development, and will extol its virtues. It really has to be up to you, the guest, to decide from unbiased information which development suits you best. I am sure that you would not expect any villa owner to say 'my villa is on xxxxx development and I wouldn't book it if you paid me!' :D
