Does anyone know of any bargains on Disney or Sea world tickets
at the moment and is it best to wait until we get there and produce
a utility bill?

Seaworld seem to be still doing the Fun Card giving unlimited entrance till the end of the year for $51.95.

Or you can get the combined one with Bush Gardens at around $98 , (not sure exact but amount but you can find on website). They don't do Florida residents discounts.
If you are just thinking of just for this trip the 10 day hopper is around for about £189 in most places, gives 10 days to all the Disney parks and water parks for 20 consecutive days from 1st use.
The Seaworld/Busch Gardens combined adult pass is $105.58 including taxes.
Works out about £68.75 at todays exchange rates according to my Barclaycard Statement!
Very reasonable for at least two VERY full days....

Would it be worth getting a 10 day pass to Disiney over Christmas (which includes the water parks) ie would the water parks be open and if so would it be warm enough

The 10 day passes that are onoffer at the moment are only valid until the end of November, I think the last purchase date is 31st October and they expire 20th November or around that time, so unless they repeat the offer it won't be any good. At the moment all the travel shops seem to be selling them at that price but I think you have to buy them by May 31st if anyone is thinking of getting them for the summer.
As far as the water parks, we've never found it warm enoough at that time of year to want to go to the water parks, but we're wimps. Rather have it nice and hot so I can't say how warm the water temperature is.
