Which would be the best shopping Mall to go to (for clothing bargains:D)

I have heard the Premium Mall and Mall of Melennia mentioned but don't know anything about either of them.

Any advice?

Go to them all!!!

I got a jacket in Bloomingdales in Millenia Mall last year which was half price and I have worn it so much, but like wise the Premium Mall is great for bargains but its outside and always so hot!!![msnwink]

I would try them all:D
they are only a short drive apart and unless it is really cheap, you can price match at the different stores before you buy.

I agree with what everyone has been saying, also if you go to the Florida Mall, go to Burdines/Macy's checkout the sale racks there. Plus if you go upstairs to the gift wrap/customer services desk you can get a tourist discount card giving you an extra 11% off everything you buy even sale items. You will need to show your passport though. We have had some incredible bargins. The card is also good at Burdines/Macy's at the Mall of Millenia too. Look out for Ross (Shop for less) Stores, TJ Max and Marshalls stores. They have last seasons designer stuff a lot cheaper than the department stores. Try Lake Buena Vista Outlets on World Drive for GAP and Old Navy. So go ahead and spend spend spend!! [msnwink][msnsmile2]

I quite like the Premium Outlet Mall personally. I can usually get myself some good bargains there although there aren't as many stores as the Florida Mall. The Millenia Mall is beautiful though and well worth a visit!!

Hi Karen,

For bargains (you can't beat 'em can you[msnsmile2]) you are probably best off with the outlets - Premium Outlets probably tops, with Lake Buena Vista Outlets only a short hop round the corner and down the 535.

Florida Mall is huge and also good for bargain hunting.

Millenia Mall is a touch more high-end IMHO and therefore possibly more for window shopping (it probably has to be high-end as the rents there must be expensive - it is a very impressive building!!!).

Best tip is - take 2 cases (1 empty) and bring 2 full ones back[msnwink]

Go to them all and shop shop shop!!![msnwink] The great thing is they open late, the Premium for example do not close until 10 pm so you can still have a nice morning by the pool, go out for lunch and then shop until late.....

we found premium outlets last time we went, (couldnt find it the first time we went, kept going past it by accident but just couldnt find it when looking) however we found it and it was a lovely place to go, and we also found Lake Buena Vista shopping area, wgich again was a very nice place to go, have seen florida mall but havent been there yet, we're pacing ourselves so we have so many reasons to go back again and again, also went to Belz and found it a nice and very quiet shopping area, have looked on there calender of events and there is something marked down right through till December so maybe its not closing this year?

Premium Outlets for the females in the family. The males love lake Buena Vista shopping centre mostly Old Navy and Gap. I love a good browse in Ross and I never come away empty handed. I have never got to the Mall at Millena but its on the agenda for 2005. Having read so much on the forum about the cheesecake factory just makes my mouth water.

Managed to drag my reluctant husband to Florida Mall yesterday.

Got some great bargains to bring home.

Our favourite were the two gadget shops. They actually brought a smile to his face!!

Jill,

Unless it's closed without warning in the last 8 days it's still very much open as we were there shopping happily at Belz just over a week ago! [msnsmile2]

I will definitely be visiting all of those shopping malls then. Is there a map anywhere that shows the location of them all?

Chloe

Go to them ALL... they are all worth a visit. My favourite at the moment is Orlando Premium Outlets, but when we are over my daughter and I will visit the lot. I will try to avoid Saturday and Sunday though as I think they are busiest days, the same as here. Also I will try to go early to get a parking space easily. Chloe

This year I thought we might give Eagle Ridge Mall a try. We are on Grand Reserve and it seems quite near for short shopping trips. Has anyone visited there recently? I would to hear what it was like for shopping and eats.

We have been a few times Olive. It is a lot quieter and smaller than say Florida Mall and has a few larger stores (Dillards and Sears). The other shops are smaller ones and it has a small food court at one end of it.

Karen,

Hope this helps:-

Lake Buena Vista Factory Stores which is on State Road (SR) 535 one mile north of Highway 192.

The Florida Mall which is on the corner of South Orange Blossom trail and Sand Lake Road.

Belz Factory Outlet World which is located at the top of International Drive.

Orlando Premium Outlets which can be found in Vineland Avenue, exit 68 off of the ‘I4’.

I like the Orlando Fashion Square Mall which is off Colonial Drive on Bennet Road. I think its cheaper then the other 2 because its not as tourist orientated. Despite its name it is less fashinable than the other 2 but the prices seem a bit cheaper and the sales seem genuine. You can tie it in with a trip to the shops in Winter Park.

I like the fashion square mall also, although we always go to prem outlets [ they have a web site also] and Florida Mall, and sometimes Mall of Millenia. How far away is Eagle Ridge Mall, I haven't heard of that one? Sorry how far from Disney, say [ as our Villa is on Sunset lakes, near there]
