View Full Version : Need some help please
Hello, I was wondering if anyone could help with planning a vacation. I am looking at going to Orlando in July with my husband and two daughters ages 14 and 16. I would like to either rent a Condo or get a two bedroom suite at a price for around 1000 for the week. Any suggestions? We are thinking of going to the Magic Kingdom and Universal Studios
HI
Owners cannot reply directly to you via the forums to offer their homes for rental.
The best thing to do would be a general enquiry on the 3 sites (Orlando Villas, Florida villas & Orlando vacation homes - links shown at top of the page) specify your requirements and people will respond.
I'm sure you will find a wonderful home to help make your visit to Orlando a magical one!:)

Hi LynnO
Have you thought of renting a villa? If you look on this site there are plenty available.
Hi Lynn,
There are many great villas and townhome/condos on this site. If you care to put your requirements on the enquiry form I am sure that you will find the ideal place for your vacation. Most of the rental homes here are within 10 - 20 mins of the Disney parks. Good luck in your search.
LynnO, you would be able to get a 3 bed villa for well under $1000 per week. Send a 3 bed enquiry via 1,2 or all 3 of the sites associated with this forum.
Go for a villa its so much nicer[clap][clap][clap][clap][clap]
Hi LynnO, welcome to the forum. You shouldn't have a problem finding a home within your budget.
All you have to do is make a list of your wishes and put request on one of the sites above. For instance would you like a private pool or communal, games room etc. all the homes listed hear a within easy access of all the parks. Have a fantastic trip[msnsmile2][msnsmile2]

A villa/condo with a pool would be fantastic and within your price range - just do a search.
Hi Lynn i would reflect what everyone is saying and put out an enquiry , there are some fabulous villa's out there and it is a much better option [8D]
These Villas are beautiful You are all right, its the way to go, I think we are too late for this year though. Should I keep looking in hopes for a late availability?
Thank you all for being so helpful. Great Forum

Definitely try for late availability. We often have to book at very short notice and have always managed to find a suitable villa, although admittedly at busy times the search can take me longer and I might have to compromise on, say, location or certain facilities. However, I can honestly say that in all our years of visiting Florida, every villa we have booked has beaten the hotels hands down - even the Disney ones in which we have stayed. Just do a search on here, try not to be too specific and see what comes up.
Can anyone tell me locations to shoot for or to stay away from. We will have a car, so I am not worried about transportation.

They all have different things going for them Lynn. Some have lakes, or golf courses, or on-site bars and restaurants, or gorgeous communal pools.
Half the fun of chosing is finding the villa that fits perfectly with what you and your family want.
Most of the owners on this site will be able to fix you up if you send out a general enquiry. Condos are nice, but when you see some of the villas on offer they will certainly tempt you.
Happy hunting

It's hard to reccomend a location, all the villa owners will have their preferences. But all rental homes have been built in areas to attract buyers and renters
If you go on one of the sites above it'll have a location map,and a summary of the communities.
Once you have decided on one it would be best to book earlier to avoid dissapointment.
also after you have been on the forum awhile you'll realise it is the safest site to book a villa from as they're all verified on a regular basis. happy hunting[msnsmile2]

Hope you find what you are looking for with the accommodation, but with two teenage girls a trip to Island of adventure would certainly be worth doing, we have two teenages and they just love it, its their favourite park, Magic kingdom and universal studios are also worth a visit.

Hi Lynn
I'm sure that you will still find availability. Regards location, nearly all the villas on these sites are within 15 to 20 minutes of Disney so with a car all should be well!
Good luck with you search and have a great vaction!
