What type of food?. Eating out is very cheap and i would say most food items in Walmart are about the same in the US as the UK or even cheaper

We voted for Everything including food - as I get 20 bottles of Bud for $14.79.....not that I'm an alcoholic....[beer]

I think everything is cheaper!

Food can be expensive as already stated.

But apart from that, most things are $ for £

We are being ripped off in the UK!!

Don't get me started on those......[msncry][msncry]

Food costs an arm and a leg.......but I live on an Island and they have to cross a bridge.....you'd think with the costs they add on they have to pipe the electric and gas thousands of mile out into the Atlantic....not just under the canal ..and that they boat the food way out to sea fighting pirates all the way..!..houses also cost a lot to us living in the USA......cars are not that cheap.....gas is about it really...but when you're paid in $$$...thats not cheap cheap anymore......

Has to be the petrol, can't believe the Americans still complain about the price, they should count themselves lucky.

WE were filing up the car in Kissimmee one day and this lady was complaining abut the fuel price being so high - she nearly died when I t0ld her it costs me $100 to fill up in the UK as compared to the $20 I had just spent. [msnscared]
