From what I've read so far it is advisable to arrive early but there are mixed opinions on the best time for your dolphin swim. What I want to know is are you allocated a time on a 'first come first served basis' or do you get to choose your time (ie so the earlier you arrive the more times there are available)?
We have just booked ours Elaine and have posted a thread asking the same question , more or less. From what i can gather is there are set times for the Dolphin swims, and if you get there early enough you get to choose your time. Thats what they mean by 'first come , first served'.
Hope this helps a bit.[msnwink]
I would read 'first come first served' to mean that the earlier you arrive the more choice you have of swim time.
Hi Elaine
Whether you can request a time I'm not sure
From what I can remember we arrived on time but to a rather large queue. We were given a time when we booked in. We were given a time of 1.30pm. There are around 5 pools at Discovery Cove with 2 dolphin swims in each. I don't think it really matters what time you have your dolphin swim as the memory will last a life time anyway. As Discovery Cove limit the number of entrants to approx 1000 people the place is not over crowded and everybody who has paid for a Dolphin Swim gets one. There is so much else to keep you occupied here anyway that the day will just be perfect.
Hi you get allocated a time on arrival, I think we arrived around 8.30 and there was a large queue then, it did not take long and we were given times to choose from.
Evene though you allocated a time slot when you book online it means nothing as they are allocated when you arrive, so yes get there pretty early to get the best choice.
