We purchased some years ago, two small pull-along suitcases in Florida and pack books, travel games, sweets (well, it is a holiday!), cards etc - plus the babywipes! into each one. They will pull them along and they take them on as hand luggage.
You can buy them here for about £20 from the Disney shop and they have been such a help to us. They do fit under the aeroplane sit and the little bit that sticks out helps the little ones as they can put their feet on them.
