If you are granted a visa does that meanyou aredefinitely allowed inthe USA or canthey refuse entry atimmigration.

has anyone heard of anyone not being granted a visa at embassy??

Yes they can refuse you entry, should they so wish,nothing can be taken for granted when it comes to US immigration!
