Hiya,

Do you required a social security number or Individual Taxpayer ID number before being able to purchase a property? Can they be applied for after purchase?

Seems like I can open a US bank account without a social security number.

You can purchase a property without either a SSN or ITIN as well as open a bank account. Are you moving to Florida?
